Rae Gao is a Data Scientist with Rankin Climate. She holds a Master’s in Education Policy Analysis from Harvard University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Education and Public Policy and Sociology from Penn State. Rae specializes in advanced quantitative research methods, including machine learning and statistical modeling, and has a strong background in project management. Her experience includes working with organizations such as Agastya International Foundation, where she led initiatives to improve educational access through technology, and conducting extensive analyses of school accountability metrics to inform policy decisions. At Rankin Climate, Rae combines her technical expertise and management skills to address climate-related challenges across college campuses nationwide, contributing to sustainable and equitable solutions in higher education.
