BIO

Maryann Stassen has over 10 years of experience as a research professional and organizational consultant; she has worked with Rankin Climate since 2015. Areas of research expertise include diversity, equity, and inclusion; organizational culture; and leadership development. Stassen applies her organizational expertise and research strengths to the study of organizational leadership, development of applied research products, and improvement of processes. Current efforts involve the study of the Army’s leadership model and developing interventions for leader development. These projects involve survey development and administration, intervention development, data analysis, and quantitative writing. Stassen holds an M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a B.B.A in Human Resource Management as well as a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
